The Room Alert 12S is AVTECH’s mid-range environment monitor, delivering the advanced features of the flagship 32S model on a smaller scale and at a lower price point. Built as part of the Room Alert PRO line, it securely monitors your facility for temperature while offering the capacity to add up to 8 additional sensors, making it perfect for mid-sized spaces like server rooms and warehouses that require thorough, secure coverage.

• Secure Web Access: View the built-in web interface over HTTP or HTTPS.

• Encrypted Data Push: Push data to your RoomAlert.com account over HTTPS.

• Secure Email: Send alert notifications directly from the device via your TLS mail server.

• Advanced Integration: Integrate into your preferred SNMP program over SNMP v3 (SNMP v1 traps and v2c also available).

• Protected Updates: Update firmware securely using an authenticated username and password.

• Extensive Capacity: Monitors built-in temperature, plus up to 8 more environmental conditions of your choice (including an analog 0-5VDC input).

• Included Sensor: Comes standard with 1 external Digital Temperature & Humidity Sensor (25′ or 7.62 m) to track temperature, humidity, heat index, and dew point out-of-the-box.

• Active Response Ports: Features an additional dedicated relay port to toggle low-voltage electrical devices such as AC units, fans, alarm panels, and warning LEDs/sirens on a Light Tower.

• Instant Notifications: Receive real-time alerts via Email, Text message, HTTP post, SNMP trap, or visual/audible signals.

• 12S (Standard): Can sit flat on a table, or attach to a wall or ceiling using the included wall mount.
