Monitor critical fluid temperatures with AVTECH’s Digital Fluid Temperature Sensor. Encased in a special sealed tube containing Propylene Glycol, this sensor tracks the actual temperature of refrigerated items or liquids rather than the surrounding ambient air, making it an essential tool for highly sensitive environments.
Specialized Fluid Monitoring Propylene Glycol is a colorless, non-conductive liquid with extremely low freezing and high boiling points. This makes the sensor perfect for extreme environments such as laboratories monitoring vaccines, plasma, IV bags, and biological specimens. It is equally highly effective for managing aquariums, industrial refrigeration devices, or any location where fluid temperatures must be strictly regulated.
Plug & Play Deployment This dynamic sensor feeds real-time temperature data back to your Room Alert monitor for data logging, alerting, and automatic corrective action. It connects instantly via a standard RJ-11 jack for a hassle-free “Plug & Play” experience.
(Maintenance Note: Because propylene glycol gradually breaks down the sensor element’s silicone coating over time, this sensor’s lifespan is generally limited to approximately one year.)
